The Trust is looking to appoint two highly motivated, dynamic, and passionate classroom practitioners to work at Bloemfontein Primary School – a happy and thriving village school, which lies at the heart of its community.

  • Adept at monitoring standards and progress to ensure high standards
  • Proficient in planning and providing inspirational and relevant learning experiences
  • Able to demonstrate outstanding classroom practice
  • Able to demonstrate high expectations of themselves and their children
  • Passionate about children and their development whilst still driving forward pupil progress and achievement
  • Able to make learning real, in order to unlock pupil engagement, stimulate curiosity, provide deeper thinking and a

    passion for learning

  • Able to demonstrate curriculum knowledge, and confidence
  • Committed to developing and sustaining excellent relationships across the whole school community
  • Able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
  • An approachable, determined and resilient character
