At Greenland we have high expectations of our staff, children and parents. We aim to provide the best possible education through a challenging and exciting curriculum and to be a school of which everyone can be justifiably proud. We actively promote our ethos of supporting every child to achieve success and aspire without limit.

South Stanley Infant & Nursery School
South Stanley Infant and Nursery School offer an exciting nursery provision for up to 25 children on both morning and afternoon sessions for children aged 2-4. Children can enter the Nursery setting during the term within which they turn three. Our Early Years Foundation Stage and KS1 provision offers an inspiring curriculum for up to 180 children aged 4 – 7 years.
We pride our self on our ability to introduce children to school and education in a fun and enjoyable way that evokes a sense of curiosity about the world around them. We want pupils to co-operate, work together, both within our school and others within Stanley Learning Partnership. Our children are taught from a very early age; they have a voice and are valued members of both our school and the wider community.
In our most recent Ofsted Report (March 2013) our school was graded as “Good” in all areas.
South Stanley Junior School
