Children across the Partnership have begun working with local artist, Lee Ferry, to create a unique piece of artwork to represent their school proudly being part of Stanley Learning Partnership.

All school have taken part with every child, teacher and member of staff contributing to the masterpieces.  Pictures represent what is import to the artist; family, reading, Star Wars, gardening, there’s even been some aliens!

Each image will then form part of a bigger picture that will be reproduced as a stained glass window type display.  The same format is being followed within every schools but the creations are quite unique to children and the school.

Mr Stewart, CEO of Stanley Learning Partnership said; “This is a fantastic project we’re working on and the artistic talents of the children has shone through.  Every school has followed the same format but the outcome is very different from school to school.  This echo’s the ethos of Stanley Learning Partnership; we respect and embrace the uniqueness of  every school within our Partnership.  We can’t wait for the installation and unveilings!”
